По мнению главы Дагестана, ОП РД недостаточно оперативно реагирует на резонансные ситуации республике и слабый диалог между населением и властью.
Напомним, что Общественная Палата Дагестана формируется следующим образом: 1/3 членов назначается в соответствии с квотой главы Дагестана, еще 1/3 - по квоте Народного Собрания РД, а оставшуюся треть выбирают те кто уже прошли по квоте главы Дагестана и Народного собрания.
