Уже полдня нет света в центральной части города Хасавюрта. Никуда не можем дозвониться, чтобы уточнить в чём причина. Во всём городе просто тьма. И это продолжается уже на протяжении последних нескольких месяцев. Стабильно несколько раз в неделю. Просто так,без предупреждения. Иногда, когда у них хорошее настроение, предупреждают, говорят завтра целый день в городе не будет света. Спросишь почему, говорят "плановое отключение". Интересно, кто составляет такие планы, отключать 200-250 тыс. население города от электричества каждую неделю?
