Поданным ASTRA, дело по ч. 1 ст. 205.1 в Томской области возбудили в отношении 38-летнего жителя региона Дмитрия Колмакова. Поводом для возбуждения дела стала якобы переписка в мессенджере с неким Бенгелем И. И. В переписке, по версии следствия, Колмаков предлагал Бенгелю вступить в легион «Свобода России», воюющий на стороне Украины.
Дмитрий Колмаков, предварительно покинул Россию ещё до возбуждения дела. Где находится Бенгель — неизвестно.
