Контентная фильтрация Счетная палата по поручению Президента провела очередную проверку расходов федерального бюджета на подключение образовательных организаций и избирательных комиссий к Интернету и вновь признала их недостаточно эффективными.
Проверкой установлены следующие проблемы:
🔴 Не во всех образовательных организациях скорость доступа к информационным системам и Интернету соответствует скорости, прописанной в госконтрактах
🔴 Осуществление контентной фильтрации. Блокировка не только нежелательных, но и необходимых ресурсов в образовательном процессе
🔴 Устаревшая информационная инфраструктура
🔴 Нехватка IT-специалистов с навыками сетевого администрирования

Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
