📣 به اطلاع می‌رساند طی کارگاه روز یکشنبه مورخ 30 مهر با عنوان اضطراب اجتماعی که با تدریس آقای دکتر مسعود چینی فروشان با حضور جمعی از دانشجویان امیرکبیر برگزار شد
🔶مباحثی در خصوص
✔️تعریف اضطراب اجتماعی
✔️تفاوت درون‌گرایی و اضطراب اجتماعی
✔️نشانه و علائم اضطراب اجتماعی
✔️علل ایجاد اضطراب اجتماعی
مطرح شد.
🔶در ادامه با نظر دکتر چینی فروشان برای تمرین عملی، گروه های ۴ نفره تشکیل شد که هر عضو به نوبت شروع به صحبت برای بقیه اعضا کرد و سپس درباره احساس و میزان اضطراب فرد با تجربه این موقعیت بحث و گفت و گو شد.
🔶در نهایت راهکارهایی جهت مدیریت اضطراب اجتماعی و پاسخ به پرسش ها، این کارگاه پایان یافت.

But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. "Markets were cheering this economic recovery and return to strong economic growth, but the cheers will turn to tears if the inflation outbreak pushes businesses and consumers to the brink of recession," he added.
