В события, связанные со специальной военной операцией, вовлечены разные категории людей. Это кадровые военные, мобилизованные, контрактники, сотрудники частных военных компаний, добровольцы, волонтеры, врачи, строители, работающие в зоне боевых действий, беженцы и многие другие.
Думаю, что и применительно к ним потребуется корректировать законодательство, с тем чтобы оно соответствовало вызовам нынешнего времени.
