سه کشور اروپایی (آلمان، بریتانیا و فرانسه) بدون آنکه به اسناد شماره S/2021/669 و S/2025/479 شورای امنیت ملل متحد پاسخ بدهند، به سازو کار حل و فصل اختلافات برجام متوسل شدند:
۱. یا سه کشور و اتحادیه اروپا تعهدات خود در برجام را اجرا کرده‌اند؟ (رأی دیوان بین‌المللی دادگستری پیرامون نامیبیا در سال ۱۹۷۱)
۲. آیا سه کشور می‌توانند پس از آنکه نتانیاهو در اجرای «کارهای کثیف» آنها شکست خورد به سازوکار حل و فصل اختلافات متوسل شوند؟

Ukrainian forces have since put up a strong resistance to the Russian troops amid the war that has left hundreds of Ukrainian civilians, including children, dead, according to the United Nations. Ukrainian and international officials have accused Russia of targeting civilian populations with shelling and bombardments.
