Согласно проекту, с 15 октября 2025 года Государственная пограничная охрана будет вправе отказать во въезде международным нерегулярным автобусным рейсам через пункты пропуска "Патерниеки", "Гребнева" и "Терехово".
Минимальные возможности для поездок сохранятся только по регулярным маршрутам.
По словам министра транспорта Латвии Атиса Швинки, статистика демонстрирует рост пассажиропотока в эти страны, что якобы повышает риски на границе ЕС.
Или, другими словами, слишком много жителей Латвии ездят в Россию и Белоруссию, несмотря на все призывы властей об обратном.

On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. To that end, when files are actively downloading, a new icon now appears in the Search bar that users can tap to view and manage downloads, pause and resume all downloads or just individual items, and select one to increase its priority or view it in a chat. Oleksandra Matviichuk, a Kyiv-based lawyer and head of the Center for Civil Liberties, called Durov’s position "very weak," and urged concrete improvements.
