Главный из этих рисков — сокращение экспортных доходов экономики из-за торговых войн, уточнил министр финансов Антон Силуанов. По его словам, бюджетное правило придется перенастроить на случай «стрессового сценария» на рынке нефти, где цены на российский сорт Urals уже месяц держатся ниже $60, а на короткое время падали ниже $50. @banksta
