Минэкономразвития представило обновленный макропрогноз на ближайшие три года, на основе верстается проект федерального бюджета. Согласно базовому сценарию:
• среднегодовой курс доллара в 2023 году составит ₽85,2, в 2024 году – ₽90,1, в 2025 году – ₽91,1, в 2026 году – ₽92,3;
•инфляция на конец 2024 года превысит целевой показатель Банка России и составит 4,5%, в 2023 году составит 7,5%. В 2025 и 2026 годах министерство ждет роста цен на уровне 4%;
• среднегодовая цена на нефть марки Brent в 2024 году составит $85 за баррель, а затем снизится до $80,2 в 2025 и $76,2 в 2026 годах. По итогам 2023 года цена Brent в среднем за год будет на уровне $83,5;
• в следующие три года ожидается замедление темпов роста ВВП: в 2024 и 2025 годах он будет расти на 2,3%, а в 2026 году увеличится на 2,2%. Ранее Минэкономразвития прогнозировало рост ВВП на 2% в 2024 году, на 2,6% в 2025 году и на 2,8% в 2026 году.
