С 9 ноября НЭК «Укрэнерго» временно останавливает осуществление платежей по долговым обязательствам по «зеленым» облигациям устойчивого развития.
Уточняется, что решение это техническое, и будет действовать до момента завершения планируемой реструктуризации долга "в ближайшие месяцы".
Причины чисто коррупционные. Для того, чтобы деньги пилились в нужную Зеленскому сторону, необходим соответствующий набсовет. Но есть и другие заинтересованные стороны, поэтому совет создать никак не получается.
Из-за очередной украинской специфики стоимость заимствований для украинской энергетики (и смежных секторов) будет намного выше. Дефолт в истории компании, причем системообразующей, это плохой маркер и одалживать ей деньги будут на менее выгодных условиях.
