ابتدا سعی می‌کنم تفکیکی بین مفهوم قدرت، سلطه و کنترل انجام دهم و بر اساس مباحث فلسفه کنش، نشان دهم که باور، تمایل و اراده معطوف به هدف، به عنوان سه عنصر اصلی تشکیل دهنده هر کنش انسانی، امور نورماتیو هستند و برای تغییر نیازمند دلیل. اگر قدرت نیرویی در جهت تغییر در یا تاثیر بر کنش آدمیان است، این نیرو در قلمرو دلایل زندگی می‌کند و تغییر و تاثیر آن در امور هنجاری خواهد بود. به محضی که این نیرو از قلمرو دلایل پایش را بیرون بگذارد انسانها را به مثابه سوژه تلقی نخواهد کرد و تبدیل به سلطه بر اشیا خواهد شد. خشونت خلق می‌شود و قدرت افول می‌کند. بر عکس هرچقدر در قلمرو دلایل نیروی لویاتان تقویت شود ، امکان سوژگی افزایش میابد و جامعه به آزادی و مآلا به عدالت نزدیکتر می‌شود.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. On February 27th, Durov posted that Channels were becoming a source of unverified information and that the company lacks the ability to check on their veracity. He urged users to be mistrustful of the things shared on Channels, and initially threatened to block the feature in the countries involved for the length of the war, saying that he didn’t want Telegram to be used to aggravate conflict or incite ethnic hatred.
