В Дагестане жестко задержали министра МЧС Чечни генерал-майора Алихана Цакаева.

14 апреля несколько сотрудников полиции выволокли Цакаева из черного внедорожника у ФКПП «Герзель» в Новолакском районе и положили лицом в асфальт. По словам источника, у Цакаева не было с собой документов.

Через некоторое время министр был отпущен, медосвидетельствование не проводили.
