Инцидент произошел 31 декабря 2023 года, когда 18-летний житель Каспийска, управляя автомобилем Porsche Cayenne, намеренно выехал на встречную полосу, создавая своими действиями угрозу для других участников движения. Обвиняемый признал вину и раскаялся, попросив суд рассматривать дело в особом порядке.
