Новый закон устанавливает четкие критерии, по которым заведение общепита в жилом доме относится к категории ресторана. Для этого, в частности, необходимо иметь отдельный вход со стороны улицы или пешеходной зоны, зал обслуживания площадью не менее 50 "квадратов", отдельные туалеты для посетителей и персонала, а также оборудованное место для приготовления пищи и не менее пяти штатных сотрудников.
