То, что большая часть из них не учится, я думаю, что это не соответствует действительности. Но, наверно, где-то половина точно по каким-то причинам болтается ", - сказал Зубов, отвечая на вопрос в Госдуме.
Он отметил, что в Москве находится 80 282 несовершеннолетних иностранца, обучаются только 25 тысяч детей.
