Решение принято по иску Федеральной антимонопольной службы, которая ранее признала рекламу банка недостоверной. В ролике клиентам обещали в подарок 20 акций крупнейших компаний, однако умалчивали о необходимости открыть брокерский счет и совершить покупку ценных бумаг на сумму от 1 тыс. руб.
По решению суда контрреклама должна транслироваться на телеканалах «Первый» и «НТВ» семь дней по четыре раза в сутки. Альфа-Банк обязан исполнить предписание в течение месяца.
