Запекаю с солью, перцем и корицей, получается супер балдеж. КБЖУ у тыквы всего 26ккал на 100гр, меньше чем в яблоках, например. Я добавляю чуть масла, иначе плохо запечется, но типо 10гр масла на 1кг тыквы это супер мало, не считается.
Очень сладко, можно есть отдельно, как десерт, если не солить, но я просто в салат добавляю.
Батат стал модным, а про тыкву, практически идентичную по вкусу, все забыли:( (еще и в 2-3 раза дешевле)
