Начался Парад на Красной площади. Буквально полчаса назад стало известно, что авиации мы не увидим из-за погоды. Ранее воздушную часть Парада отменили в Екатеринбурге, Новосибирске, Мурманске и Самаре. В Петербурге пролетит лишь 14 самолетов и вертолетов, хотя запланировано было 28.

В некоторых городах России (Владимир, Воронеж и т.д.) на Параде вообще не было техники. И тут уже виновата не погода.
