Коммерсанты вложили свои деньги и теперь отбивают их через многочисленные кафе, инфраструктуру для спорта и развлечения. А мэрия, не вложив ни копейки, получила хорошее общественное пространство, да ещё 25 лет будет получать в бюджет концессионую плату.
