Но через Единый регулятор азартных игр 123 спортивные федерации получили суммарно 13,8 миллиардов рублей целевых отчислений от букмекеров за прошлый год. А после 2024 года целевые отчисления возрастут до 20 миллиардов. Для сравнения, бюджет министерства будет 55,8 миллиарда рублей. Внебюджетное регулярное финансирование становится всё важнее для российского спорта и позволяет брать деньги от той части населения, которая интересуется спортом.
Подробности механизма выплат и их будущее 2 и 3 октября обсудят на форуме «Азартные игры: отчисления на спорт» в Москве. Он организован Минспортом, ЕРАИ и подразделением «Росконгресса» платформой «РК-Спорт». Кроме непосредственно минспорта и букмекеров в нём примут участие ФАС и Роскомнадзор, которые расскажут о требованиях закона о рекламе. Спортсмены, среди них гимнастки сёстры Аверины, обсудят создание личных брендов и участие в рекламных кампаниях.

That enables users to have much more control over how long people can access what you’re sending them. Given that Russian law enforcement officials are reportedly (via Insider) stopping people in the street and demanding to read their text messages, this could be vital to protect individuals from reprisals.
