Сейчас в России трудятся более 1,5 млн курьеров, но дефицит кадров превышает 200 тыс. человек. Компании активно предлагают бонусы, гибкий график и зарплаты до 150 тыс. рублей, а возраст соискателей расширили до 18–60 лет.
Однако Минпромторг считает, что курьеров всё равно слишком много, и привычка россиян заказывать продукты создает дисбаланс на рынке труда.
