«В прошлом году праздник удался: убрали не только обширную территорию, но и отлично пообщались. Акцию предлагаю продолжить: уверен, что неравнодушные Кузнецовы, любящие свой город, откликнуться вновь и придут на субботник в сквер», – сообщил градоначальник.
Мэр также разрешил прийти остальным новокузнечанам.

When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website.
