С 1 января 2025 года Налоговый кодекс РФ официально признал криптовалюту имуществом. Из этого следует, что майнинг и торговые операции с ней теперь подлежат налогообложению.
Сумма штрафа для физлиц составит до 200 тысяч рублей, а для юрлиц — до 1 миллиона рублей.
