В рамках оперативно-профилактического мероприятия «Нелегал», которое проводится с 16 по 25 июня, сотрудники отдела полиции № 1 УМВД России по городу Чебоксары выявили факт фиктивной регистрации граждан.
50-летний чебоксарец прописал в принадлежащих ему комнатах по улице Энгельса 35 человек. Фактически жилое помещение для четырех женщин и их 31 ребенка предоставлено им не было.
📃В отношении жителя Чебоксар дознавателем возбуждено и расследуется уголовное дело по статье 322.2 Уголовного кодека Российской Федерации «Фиктивная регистрация гражданина РФ по месту пребывания или по месту жительства в жилом помещении». Фигуранту грозит до пяти лет лишения свободы.
