По данному факту следственными органами СУ СКР по Чувашии организовано проведение доследственной проверки по ч. 1 ст. 236 УК РФ (нарушение санитарно-эпидемиологических правил, повлекшее по неосторожности массовое заболевание).
Следователями проводится осмотр места происшествия, изымается документация, касающаяся организации питания в школе, опрашиваются очевидцы.
