Исследователи выяснили, как выбирают жизненную стратегию мужчины, находящиеся в зонах риска призыва и мобилизации в армию, но не желающих участвовать военных действиях. При этом они сравнили мотивы и способы действия жителей центральных регионов станы и Северного Кавказа.
Исследование провел APUS - проект инициативной группы правозащитников, исследователей и юристов, работающих с темой прав человека. Документ опубликован в разделе "Доклады" "Кавказского узла".
Всего исследователи провели 42 интервью с мужчинами, потенциально попадающими под призыв или указ о "частичной мобилизации". В кавказскую часть выборки включены респонденты из Ингушетии, Кабардино-Балкарии, Карачаево-Черкесии, Дагестана.

And Telegram has been attached to a fair few scandals related to terrorism, sexual exploitation and crime. Telegram has acted to remove public channels affiliated with terrorism, but Pavel Durov reiterated that he had no business snooping on private conversations.
