Напомню, на днях сообщалось, что товарищ Шипилов пролоббировал решение о том, чтобы лишить департамент Дренина полномочий по патриотическому развитию и передать в департамент своего падавана Якова Самохвалова. Естессно с финансированием, которое было на них заложено.
Сам же Дренин, напомню, был передан вместе со своим департаментом и несколькими сотнями душ, закрепленных в нем, в собственность, ведение нового замгубернатора ХМАО Елены Шумаковой.
