На сегодняшнем заседании Совета Думы, помимо привычных вопросов планирования будущих пленарок и обсуждения судьбы законопроектов, был и весьма занятный эпизод. Непонятно с чего вдруг Володин резко наехал на председателя комитета по охране здоровья Дмитрия Хубезова за «прогулы заседаний».
Интересно, что о пропуске Хубезовым пленарных заседаний были в курсе примерно все – он же не в отпуск тайно свалил, а с согласования главы фракции ЕР Васильева уехал на Донбасс. Там присутствие Хубезова явно было нелишним – он и работу медучреждений в разрушенных городах помогал налаживать, и даже проводил операции военным и гражданским. Почему эта деятельность, сопряженная с риском для жизни на обстреливаемых территориях, стала поводом для критики – непонятно.

The next bit isn’t clear, but Durov reportedly claimed that his resignation, dated March 21st, was an April Fools’ prank. TechCrunch implies that it was a matter of principle, but it’s hard to be clear on the wheres, whos and whys. Similarly, on April 17th, the Moscow Times quoted Durov as saying that he quit the company after being pressured to reveal account details about Ukrainians protesting the then-president Viktor Yanukovych. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
