Президент Зеленский сказал, что нет никаких переговорщиков Украины, которые будут представлять Украину в Саудовской Аравии. На сегодня на столе переговорном ничего нет, что можно было бы обсуждать.
Я не совсем уверен в том, что с Россией стоит проводить подобные переговоры на разных уровнях. Какая цель? Если цель обнулить свою репутацию, тогда можно по этому пути пойти.
