В декабре 2020 года стоимость квадратного метра вторичного жилья в столице РТ составляла 91,7 тыс. рублей.
На первом месте в рейтинге самой дорогой жилой недвижимости России по состоянию на декабрь 2021 года — Москва (277,5 тыс. рублей за кв. м, +1,3% по сравнению с ноябрем 2021), на втором — Санкт-Петербург (176,1 тыс. рублей, +1,9%).
В топ-10 городов также вошли Краснодар (111,8 тыс. рублей, -1%), Нижний Новгород (105,9 тыс. рублей, +2,2%), Новосибирск (96,3%, +2,9%), Екатеринбург (93,9 тыс. рублей, +2,6%), Уфа (88,7 тыс. рублей, +0,8%), Красноярск (88,2 тыс. рублей, +2,6%) и Ростов-на-Дону (84,7 тыс. рублей, +3,7%).
