«Сбербанк» прогнозирует, что на заседании совета директоров ЦБ РФ в эту пятницу, 25 апреля, ключевая ставка будет сохранена на уровне 21%,заявил старший аналитик SberCIB Investment Research Игорь Рапохин.
По его словам, такая осторожная позиция регулятора будет связана с усилением рисков для мировой экономики в связи с обострением торговых войн, что может стать препятствием для сохранения крепкого курса рубля и тренда на снижение инфляции.
«При этом Банк России продолжит смягчать свою риторику, так как кредитование продолжает расти несколько ниже прогнозов ЦБ, потребительский спрос продолжает охлаждаться, нормализуется ситуация на рынке труда. Текущее развитие событий пока наиболее близко к сценарию "мягкой посадки" экономики, который предполагает замедление инфляции до 7% в этом году и реального темпа роста ВВП до 1,5-2%», — отмечает аналитик.
Рапохин считает, что ЦБ может начать снижение ключевой ставки в июне и в конце года она может составить 17%.
На последнем состоявшемся заседании 21 марта 2025 года Совет директоров Банка России так же сохранил ключевую ставку на уровне 21% годовых.
