Он считает, что мобилизация поможет объединить россиян и показать, что с Россией нельзя вести себя так, как это происходило с другими странами, включая Иран. Алаудинов также отметил, что мобилизованных нужно заранее готовить к возможной большой войне.

Individual messages can be fully encrypted. But the user has to turn on that function. It's not automatic, as it is on Signal and WhatsApp.
