В ходе прений адвокаты продолжили опровергать ложные заявления, в адрес Светланы Лады-Русь*. Адвокаты разоблачили необоснованные обвинения гражданки Андреевой в причинении вымышленного тяжкого вреда здоровью.
Защита подала судье Пигаревой требование о вынесении частного постановления в адрес Следственного управления СК РФ по Самарской области и Самарской областной прокуратуры. Суть требования заключается в инициировании проверки действий Светланы Андреевой на предмет совершения ею преступлений и, что особенно важно, на предмет наличия признаков преступления в действиях всех лиц, участвовавших в фабрикации предъявленных обвинений. 🎤Подробности в комментариях адвокатов и слушателей после заседания

Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. These administrators had built substantial positions in these scrips prior to the circulation of recommendations and offloaded their positions subsequent to rise in price of these scrips, making significant profits at the expense of unsuspecting investors, Sebi noted. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy.
