Управлением ФСБ России по Тихоокеанскому флоту вскрыта и пресечена противоправная деятельность жителя г. Владивостока, гражданина РФ Хецоидзе Гурама Луарсабовича, собиравшего и передававшего иностранным спецслужбам сведения, составляющие государственную тайну.
В апреле т.г. Приморским краевым судом Хецоидзе Г.Л. признан виновным, ему назначено наказание в виде лишения свободы с отбыванием наказания в исправительной колонии строгого режима сроком 13 лет.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. The Securities and Exchange Board of India (Sebi) had carried out a similar exercise in 2017 in a matter related to circulation of messages through WhatsApp. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes. Such instructions could actually endanger people — citizens receive air strike warnings via smartphone alerts.
