Использование ТИМ помогает оптимизировать проектирование и эксплуатацию зданий, значительно снижает затраты и служит основой для разработок на базе искусственного интеллекта. Сегодня в России более половины регионов вовлечены в внедрение цифровых технологий в строительный сектор.
Среди успешных примеров — цифровая платформа единого учета жилищных проектов, созданная Дом. РФ при поддержке Министерства строительства. Система контролирует весь цикл строительства и повышает прозрачность сделок с недвижимостью.
