По словам директора департамента финансовой стабильности ЦБ Елизаветы Даниловой, средний возраст, в котором планируется погашение ипотеки, "смещается вправо" — растет доля заемщиков, которые закроют ипотеку после 60 лет.
Основными заемщиками остаются граждане 20-40 лет (70% выдач). Банки все чаще выдают долгосрочную ипотеку: более 50% кредитов сейчас оформляется на срок 25-30 лет.
В 2022 году реальный срок погашения составлял в среднем 8 лет, но сейчас заемщики с низкими ипотечными ставками не спешат досрочно закрывать долги.
