Готовим!

Орехово-цитрусовый соус ко всем овощам:

2 ст.л. тахини
1 ст.л. мелко нарубленных грецких орехов
1 ч.л. оливкового масла
Сок 1/2 апельсина
1 ч.л. горчицы для пикантности
1 ч.л меда
Щепотка соли
Немного воды для нужной вам консистенции

Просто все смешать и получать не только гастрономический кайф, но и железо, кальций, полезные жиры и витамин С.
