За это время рынок прошёл несколько этапов: быстрый рост 2005–2008 годов, кризисный разворот в 2009–2010 годах, стабилизацию 2011–2018 и переход на эскроу-счета в 2019–2023. Пятый этап — фаза глубокой коррекции и ренессанса Ленобласти (2024 — первая половина 2025). Объём ввода в Петербурге сокращается до 2,6 млн "квадратов", а область обгоняет город по введённому жилью.

"He has to start being more proactive and to find a real solution to this situation, not stay in standby without interfering. It's a very irresponsible position from the owner of Telegram," she said. The headline CPI — soaring 7.9% over last year — underscored the sticky inflationary pressures reverberating across the U.S. economy, with everything from groceries to rents and airline fares getting more expensive for everyday consumers. However, the perpetrators of such frauds are now adopting new methods and technologies to defraud the investors.
