«Вот уехали релоканты в надежде, что их USAID [Агентство США по международному развитию] будет финансировать за рубежом, а сейчас будут сидеть голодные, холодные в надежде, что им опять что-то подадут. Никто не подаст! Разобрались с этим. Там враги были. Нам надо запросить списки у Конгресса США, кого финансировало USAID в России, а списки затем передать в ФСБ», — предложил спикер ГД.
