Ибо российский сегмент интернета выстроен отнюдь не как суверенный. Скорее - наоборот. Про отсутствие отечественного оборудования можно даже не вспоминать, настолько об этом говорено-проговорено. Отечественные альтернативы блокируемым ресурсам ничего, кроме нервического гогота, вызвать не могут... Несмотря на бравую отчетность Минцифры и прочих "развивателей". А успешность блокировок успешна только в победных рапортах Роскомнадзора...
