В ограничении: Причал РНГ, кислородная станция, АЗС Декор, АЗС, Нефтебазы № 48, База механизации УМТС, ул. Набережная 70-66, Речпорт причал 2 -го транзита, цементные склады, ДОЛ «Алмаз», ООО «Багира», пожарная часть № 6, ТП Нефтебаза-1, ТП Нефтебаза-2, МБУ Гранит, ТП Нефтебаза-З, птичник, дачные участки. В случае установления неблагоприятных погодных условий данные работы в указанный период могут быть отменены».
