«В документе словосочетание «гражданин Российской Федерации» в разных вариациях заменено на слово «гражданин». Также в постановлении уточняется, что боец может иметь регистрацию по месту жительства или по месту пребывания в Екатеринбурге, либо не иметь никакой регистрации, а просто встать на учёт в одном из военных комиссариатов уральской столицы. Документ распространяется на контрактников, поступивших на службу с 1 августа 2024 года».

Official government accounts have also spread fake fact checks. An official Twitter account for the Russia diplomatic mission in Geneva shared a fake debunking video claiming without evidence that "Western and Ukrainian media are creating thousands of fake news on Russia every day." The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. You may recall that, back when Facebook started changing WhatsApp’s terms of service, a number of news outlets reported on, and even recommended, switching to Telegram. Pavel Durov even said that users should delete WhatsApp “unless you are cool with all of your photos and messages becoming public one day.” But Telegram can’t be described as a more-secure version of WhatsApp. At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so).
