Несколько депутатов Госдумы во главе с председателем финансового комитета Анатолием Аксаковым предложили короткую поправку в закон о Центральном банке РФ. Соответствующие подразделения и службы этого ведомства должны получить законное право на создание собственного ПВО. По аналогии с полномочиями структур ведомственной охраны, которые входят, например, в состав Росгвардии или принадлежат, допустим, крупным нефтяным компаниям России, банкиры тоже смогут «гасить» или вообще уничтожать враждебные беспилотники. В законопроекте прямо указывается, что это будут украинские дроны.
