Как установил суд, летом 2023 года сотрудник одного из исправительных учреждений Свердловской области Владислав Оганесян разгласил третьему лицу сведения, составляющие государственную тайну. По факту было возбуждено уголовное дело по ч.1 ст. 283 УК РФ. В суде подсудимый полностью признал свою вину.
Свердловский областной суд признал Оганесяна виновным по ч.1 ст. 283 УК РФ и назначил ему наказание в виде 2 лет лишения свободы условно с испытательным сроком 3 года. Также он лишен права занимать должности в федеральной службе исполнения наказаний и в иных правоохранительных органах в течение 2 лет.
