Свой пост оставил главный врач клинической больницы №2, депутат Ярославской областной думы Сергей Давлетов. Исполняющей обязанности главы с 18 июля назначена Елена Дайникова.
Рыбинскую городской больницу №2 имени Пирогова оставил Михаил Цветков. Он возглавлял её ещё с 2005 года. В отставку он ушёл 17 июня — с этого момента обязанности главного врача второй больницы исполняет Варвара Уланова.
Ярославскую ЦРБ возглавила Анна Виноградова, которая до этого руководила Рыбинской центральной районной поликлиникой. Анна Виноградова является уроженкой Тверской области.
