В настоящее время департаментом строительства в отношении подрядной организации ООО «Капитал-Развитие» ведется претензионная работа за ненадлежащее исполнение муниципального контракта. Строительно-монтажные работы будут продолжены после поставки стройматериалов. Данный вопрос стоит на особом контроле в администрации города.
