Почему в руководство ЛДПР набирают хамов?

С таким вопросом ко мне обратились воронежские активисты ЛДПР. И приложили запись, на которой, как они утверждают, руководитель аппарата регионального отделения оскорбляет подчиненного.

Ответить на вопрос "почему" я не могу, но вынужден констатировать, что проблема есть. Для примера прилагаю видео, как с избирателями разговаривает "руководитель" курского отделения. В свое время эта запись собрала огромное количество негативных отзывов курян в соцсетях.

Но если учесть, что московские аппаратчики разговаривают с регионами как с быдлом, то все становится ясно. Им именно такие и нужны.
