Коллеги, несмотря на ответ правообладателей фильма "Мастер и Маргариты" по поводу незаконного показа в Париже, все равно остаются вопросы, а именно:
1) Как технически фильм смогли показать в кинотеатре? Для демонстрации нужен, простите за мой французский, Le DCP (Digital Cinema Package), без него ни один кинотеатр во Франции фильм не возьмет. Чтобы сделать DCP нужен мастер фильма. Откуда у них этот мастер? И у режиссера мастера фильма не должно быть. 2) Какие бы нибыли политические взгляды у французов, никто ради них законы нарушать не будет. Французы (простите я там 10 лет прожила) до занудства законопослушные.
Ни один кинотеатр не взял бы фильм просто так, без документов.

What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. For example, WhatsApp restricted the number of times a user could forward something, and developed automated systems that detect and flag objectionable content. Elsewhere, version 8.6 of Telegram integrates the in-app camera option into the gallery, while a new navigation bar gives quick access to photos, files, location sharing, and more. Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. Perpetrators of these scams will create a public group on Telegram to promote these investment packages that are usually accompanied by fake testimonies and sometimes advertised as being Shariah-compliant. Interested investors will be asked to directly message the representatives to begin investing in the various investment packages offered.
