مساء الخير جميعاً💛 هل يمكنكم مساعدتي؟ أعاني من #مشكلة #التنمر زملائي في الفصل و لا يمكنني التركيز في دروسي و لا تقديم آرائي للمعلم حول الدرس حتى أنني لا أنام جيداً و أصاب بالمرض مراراً و تكراراً و بسببه أتأخر في دروسي و تحصيلي الدراسي أشعر أن وجودهم عائق في طريقي و يصيبني بالضيق حتى أنني أرتاح كثيرا في غيابهم الأسوء أنني طالبة متفوقة جداً و لدي مواهب عديدة لا يمتلكها أحد منهم كما أنني أهوى النقاش و مشاركة المعلومات مع المعلم و زملائي لا أحب الانعزال لكنني بسبب تنمرهم أفقد ثقتي بنفسي و أتحول إلى شخص آخر إنطوائي حاد الطبع فيبتعد عني معظم زملائي و المعلمون بدؤوا بإهمالي و لا أجد من يستمع إلي هل سبق أن مررتم بتجربة التنمر؟و كيف تجاوزتموها؟ أرجو تزويدي بتجاربكم شكراً لكم💛
